While there are a lot of other projects I can do, the most common request I've had is for envelope addressing. With that information in mind, I am pleased to offer you the following services and prices:
Envelope addressing. Depending on the event, your requirements could include both inner and outer envelopes or simply and outer envelope. My fees are as follows:

Please keep in mind if you decide to use my services (or anyone else's for that matter):
You will need to send your invitations out at least 6 weeks prior to the event. For "out-of-towners" you should try to give them at least 8 weeks notice. This means that you should have your invitations sent to me at least 4-6 weeks before that. Sounds like a lot but you have to consider the number of days it will take to ship your invitations both to and from me as well as time to proofread the envelopes.
If you would like me stuff your envelopes, I will do so but will send them back to you unsealed so that you can make sure everything is as you would like and can include any additional information such as your RSVP, directions, and hotel information.
If you would like me to stamp your envelopes, I recommend that you take the envelopes to your local Post Office prior to sending the invitations to me with everything included in the envelope so you can purchase the correct postage. The last thing you want to do is purchase the wrong postage as it could result in a delay in sending out your invitations until you have added the correct postage.
Please provide an additional 10% of envelopes. I am human and do make mistakes occasionally. Additionally, you may think of additional guests you would like to invite and it is easier to address the envelopes if they are already in my possession rather than waiting for you to send me more.
Please send your guest list to me typed, numbered and written the way you would like, with all information proofed prior to my receipt, this includes having the proper zip/postal codes. If you are unsure how to address your guests, I will be more than happy to guide you. If at all possible, please email the list to me either prior to sending the invitations or once you have sent the invitations so that I can have a bit of time to peruse the guest list and clarify any concerns I may have.
Generally speaking, it takes me anywhere from a couple of days to a week to complete an order, barring unforeseen circumstances. Most orders that I have completed have been an average of 150-200 invitations plus the inner envelopes. Rush orders can be accommodated for a price, of course.
Unless you specify, I will use black ink for your order. There are other colors available but if they are not readily available locally, I may need to special order the ink which will result in an additional cost for you. I say this because it has happened in the past where someone has requested a color outside the black, blue, red, or green spectrum and it took me a while to track it down. I have found a good source so hopefully this won't be a problem!
Shipping expenses will be your responsibility. Unless you request it, I will use USPS (the U.S. Postal Service) as they are the most cost effective. If you would like me to use another source, please let me know. I will try to reuse the same package that you use to send to me. If that is not possible, I will find something suitable. Please understand that I cannot be responsible for anything damaged in the shipping process.
Payment: As each project is a custom order, I will require 50% deposit via either PayPal or money order before I will start the project. The balance is due once the project is complete. I will notify you as to the date of expected completion and will expect payment before I will send the invitations back to you. Unless you request it, I will keep any remaining unused envelopes. This is because if, once you receive the shipment, you realize that there was a mistake made or your forgot to invite someone, this can be easily remedied rather than delaying the process by having you resend me envelopes. If the error is mine, I will pay the cost of shipping the additional invitations, otherwise the expense will be yours.
